Am I able to purchase an image of yours that is on another social channel that you have as a print?

FRAMING
Do you offer framing?
Yes. I offer 3 premium frame styles, white, black and oak. Examples of these are in the print print library.
Your print will be stuck on to an archival quality mat board and bordered on top with a 5.5cm white Mat and then finally covered with glass. Each framed print comes with hanging hardware so your artwork will come ready to hang as soon as it arrives.
NOTE*** At this stage I do not ship framed prints internationally. However if this is something you are interested in please get in touch and I can arrange some options for you.
SHIPPING
How are the prints packaged?
Unframed prints are rolled into light packaging paper then inserted into a reinforced cardboard tube.
When will I receive my print?
Unframed - All my prints are custom printed. Please allow 7-10 days for domestic orders and 10-21 days for international.
Framed - Please allow another 10-14 days for your print to be delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping to Australia and the UK. If you would like to buy a print but we don't have your destination please get in touch at hello@jonnygoose.com and we will do our best to organise a shipping method for you.
I do not ship 'Framed' prints internationally.
PRINT CARE
All photographic prints come with a set of guidelines to help keep your print in pristine condition overtime. Here are a few helpful tips to ensure the longevity of your print:
Don't touch the printed area.
Keep your print out of direct sunlight.
Have it framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board.
RETURN POLICY?
Purchases of photographic prints are final. I am unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints if you change your mind.
If your print has been damaged in transit please notify me within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing hello@jonnygoose.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.
Please keep all original packaging and the print as I may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
Gift cards will not be refunded for change of mind.
